Why am I more worried than usual with record summer turnover?

Even on sunny days, problems can be on the horizon. A good turnover these days should not fool us. We have several major problems in the background that we must be aware of.

We just lost our top-selling private label

This is a big one. Really big. Yesterday we decided to remove the ASIN of our top seller in order to re-upload it. It is the only solution we have right now to relaunch the product. We received a copyright claim last week. We have been thinking about how to recover the listing so that it would be active. Nothing has worked and instead of extending it further we are going to pull the band-aid, although “band-aid” is an understatement in this case.

There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding poland whatsapp number data this step. Will we be able to regain our old positions in record time? I don’t know. Time will tell. Now the goal has to be to relaunch the new listing this week and send new stock to that listing.

We are sacrificing ROI with every Lego sale

We have already started to liquidate our although perhaps it is no longer Lego stock. I still have doubts about whether this is the smartest strategy. We are achieving high turnover right now by sacrificing Christmas sales. We can reinvest the liquidity we recover now more quickly. That point is correct. The question is whether we will have enough product for the available capital.

The Lego that is being sold now is not being recovered. Lego is being sold and is finished. We can buy Lego EOL 2024 that we can hopefully sell in 2025 just like we are doing with the sets now.

High risk of receiving more copyright complaints

Many of our listings have some sort of “Pokémon resource data album” combination or something similar. The funny thing about calling it something is that we are aware of this risk and we take it again and again. Then we are almost surprised that this happens. We have to change our strategy now.

We need a less aggressive internal listing creation policy. Yes, this will cost us sales in the short term. In the medium and long term, it will save us headaches.

What I see is this. This problem could affect more listings. Lego is going out of business. Another top seller is going down. We could suddenly be at 1k in sales instead of 4k. Let’s not kid ourselves. The situation is very critical right now and we need to act quickly.
