How the Beehive went through 2018

Someone takes stock at the end of the year, we take stock with the new year. Take a look with us at what we succeeded in last year, what changes have taken place and what we are rightly proud of.

The beehive in the midst of personnel changes

In 2018, several diligent bees were added to the bee swarm. Everyone is in charge of something a little different, but they are all united by their love for their work and discipline when working remotely. Meet the newcomers:

Silvie Dluhošová – SEO specialist and promotion manager, who has been involved in PR and marketing since she was a student.
Aleš Wilk – assistant and at the same time the youngest member of the team, who, among other things, makes sure that, instead of pollen, every bee in the Apiary also harvests its monthly salary.

We are not anonymous, we see each other at meetings
One works from a cafe, another from the sea, a third from his living room, a fourth from a mountain resort. In Včelište there are only people who perfectly master remote work . But that doesn here are the rules you need to remember ‘t mean we’ll never meet in person. In addition to online meetings via Hangout, we go on trips together .

 

Last year, for example, we skied in the Giant Mountains. In powder data June, we spent two days together in Prague, and in October we went to Pilsen, not just for beer. In December, we wished each other a beautiful Christmas face to face and celebrated the year with an excellent welder in illuminated Prague.
