The year 2021 brought many things, some good and others, unfortunately, took a turn that as a society we would rather forget.
However, there was one event at the end of last year that had a huge impact: Mark Zuckerberg’s announcement that Facebook was changing its name to Meta .

First, let’s get one thing out of the way: Mark Zuckerberg does indeed wear too much sunscreen.

This is the main reason I worry that you don’t care what Facebook or Mark Zuckerberg think. Because if you don’t care what Zuckerberg thinks or what Facebook (sorry, Meta) is betting on, then you won’t be able to adapt your business to what they do. What do I mean? To actually benefit from it .
If you have a negative opinion of Facebook or Mark Zuckerberg, I’ll tell you what to do:
#1. Forget everything you think you know and everything negative you’ve seen or heard about Mark Zuckerberg or Facebook on social media.
#2. Realize that Facebook has been one of the few dominant companies in the tech landscape since 2005 and that Mark Zuckerberg has led Facebook through several changes and iterations, always successfully, and often changing the world in some way.
#3. Think about how you can be like Mark Zuckerberg. Read everything you can about how and why he is betting on the metaverse and think about how you can position your company to ride the metaverse wave as well.
